[1/27/10] 房地美CEO称美国房地产市场正接近底部 (华尔街日报)联邦住房贷款抵押公司(Freddie Mac, 简称：房地美)首席执行长哈尔德曼(Ed Haldeman)表示，全美房地产市场似乎已经触底，但对止赎房屋影响的担忧依然存在。 哈尔德曼在向底特律经济俱乐部(Detroit Economic Club)发表讲话时称，从全国范围来看，无论是住房销量还是房屋价格似乎都已经触底；重大下行风险在于当前大量房屋处于止赎状态，这可能会使房价跌落至具有破坏性的水平，进而对市场造成打击。 哈尔德曼还提到了一些有利因素，其中包括对首次购房者的抵税政策延长至4月30日。2010年全年30年期固定利率也有望保持在5%-6%之间。 |
