[1/19/12]加州房屋成交量 創一年新高 加州房地產經紀協會發表的報告顯示，去年12月加州的房屋成交量創一年來新高，達52萬940棟，比去年11月增加了3.3%，也是去年1月以來的最高紀錄，反映出相對於以前的低迷，如今房市趨向穩定。
